Imlauer Hotel Pitter Salzburg

We had an amazing experience walking through the historic Steingasse, immersing ourselves in its ancient charm and fascinating architecture. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, overlooking the city of Mozart and the famous pilgrimage church of Maria Plain, which added a magical touch to our stay.

My wife says that the restaurant could benefit from offering a more extensive children's menu to cater to families with kids.

The hotel was conveniently located near major attractions and had spacious and clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do and see. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including made-to-order omelettes, a nice touch.

The service at the front desk left much to be desired. When we asked about collecting our bags, the young lady seemed confused and didn't put them away properly.

I recently stayed at a hotel close to Mirabel palace for one night. The tastefully designed room had a nice bathroom and classic furniture. The hotel's location near the city center and the main railway station was convenient. The staff, especially the night duty manager Josef, was always helpful and friendly. it was an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend it.

I keep returning for the city trips. First time, staff shared local tips. The place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, sauna. Plus, luggage storage, bar, and airport shuttle. No smoking, a lounge area, and room service make it complete.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Old Town, within walking distance of all the major sights. The room was spacious and modern, with lots of storage. The staff provided excellent service, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the hotel had a sauna and gym for guests to enjoy.

The toiletries provided in the room were very basic, lacking soap and proper shampoo.

The hotel is well located near the historic Old Town with a fantastic 6th floor restaurant/bar offering a view of the Castle. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with multilingual TV channels. Private parking is available nearby for those driving. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We loved this hotel's central location, which enabled us to walk to many of the attractions in this city. The staff were very helpful, and made excellent suggestions for places to eat, such as Wasserfall restaurant. The hotel facilities were great, including clean rooms with comfortable beds and a great breakfast. the hotel offered parking and was in close proximity to the train station.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of all the attractions and just a short walk from the beautiful Mirabell Palace and its gardens. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The highlight was the rooftop restaurant with its breathtaking view. We enjoyed dinner there every night and the waiters were so attentive, especially with our young children. Truly a memorable experience.

The rustic, cosy ballroom at the hotel was just as nice a setting for small, intimate parties as it was for large celebrations. I had the pleasure of attending a wedding there, and the atmosphere was truly magical, like a scene straight out of a fairytale. The glass domes and Murano glass chandeliers illuminated the space in a mesmerizing display, creating an enchanting ambience that added a touch of elegance to the festivities.

The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with comprehensive office amenities, including printers, scanners, and private workspaces.
